InterPlay meets intuition in this annual offering exploring movement, stories, and song for guidance from Beyond.
Come learn and practice your intuition through PLAY in community!
Slow will share his insights from 5+ years of applying his intuition in daily life. Along with activities to hone your practice, you will receive a handout with resources and a special opportunity to join an Intuition Development Circle with Lisa K., where Slow continues to learn and deepen this mystical, magical skill!

Youth Programs
By going into schools and youth organizations, BodyConnect Facilitation provides spaces for youth to express creatively, build a sense of community, and support ease and relaxation. A session includes movement and storytelling activities that get young people connecting joyfully and authentically.
Professional Development
InterPlay is a great way to bring teams of people together to have fun, relieve stress, and be creative. Sessions with BodyConnect will get groups laughing, moving, and working together. Give your team the chance to build community and problem-solve in a new way!

If you are curious to experience InterPlay for yourself, there's no better chance than attending one of Slow's monthly InterPlay sessions. People of all abilities and energy levels are welcome to join since Slow always facilitates with an awareness of the group's needs and emphasizes each individual's freedom to follow whatever their own body wants in any moment.​
Sessions are donation-based with no suggested donation - no amount is too small (or big)! Everyone is welcome whether or not you are able to donate!
